About Our Dental Office
To all of our wonderful patients From Dr. John Fatse, Dr. John Scovic and Team
We hope this note finds you and your family well. Our office has reopened for routine dental care for both our returning and new patients! We wanted to assure you that the health and safety of our patients and staff remains our top priority.
Here is a list of some of the precautions and procedures we have implemented to ensure your visit is as safe and worry free as possible.
-All doctors and staff wear the latest personal protective equipment. This includes face shielding, high grade masks, jackets and gloves. All surfaces are cleaned with medical grade disinfectant sprays and wipes. All treatment rooms are thoroughly disinfected between patients.
-We are compliant with ADA, OSHA, and state dental board regulations to ensure the safe treatment of our patients.
-Instruments that are not single use are put into an autoclave. Intense heat and pressure will ensure all instruments are fully sterilized.
-We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you. At this time our reception area will remain closed. We kindly ask for you to wait in your car and call us once you’ve arrived and we will notify you when your provider is ready to see you.
-Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. The day before your appointment you will receive a questionnaire via text and upon your arrival your temperature will be taken with a non-contact thermometer.
-Patients entering the office will be required to wear a mask, if you do not have one, please ask and we will provide you with one. Also, we will have hand sanitizer to use when you enter the office.
-Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment.
-Door handles, counter tops and other high touch areas are frequently and thoroughly sanitized with medical grade disinfectants.
-Some services may not be offered at this time to reduce potential risks to patients and staff.
Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have; we are happy to help. We look forward to seeing you!
